First draft of language reference specification for the learning topic
types. 

Most recently updated September 20, 2007. Expect frequent review, change,
revision, and updates. 

Unzip to the demo/learningsc folder in your local DITA OT folder. To view
html output, launch index_topic_elements.html.

Sep 20 version includes updates for interactions, and some more topics
about learningPlan.

Includes DITA source topics and html output.

To view html output, launch outot/index.html in a web browser.
