   * The following sections are complete and ready for review:
     o Learning topic elements (except Learning plan)
     o Learning map domain elements
     o Learning interaction domain elements 
   * Learning metadata domain elements not yet complete, but topics for them are in the draft
   * IEEE LOM design status and update from Scott Hudson.
   * Goals:
     o October 4 Complete review and approve the drafts for the topic (except learning plan), map, and interactions element specifications.
     o October 18 Complete review and approve the drafts for the learning plan topic and LOM element specifications. 
   * October - November 15 - We tackle processing, with primary target of SCORM and secondary target PDF, according to our Phased Design Plan.
   * November 15 - We inform the DITA TC about our progress and go/nogo for readiness for inclusion in the 1.2 update to the DITA spec.
