Metadata descriptions updated

Folks,

I've updated the metadata field descriptions on the wiki at: 
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/IMSLOMdesign#preview

Question: in the IEEE LOM 1.3 spec, they have identified key targeted 
elements for learning metadata. We seem to be missing:
classification.purpose
educational.interactivitylevel

I think we can already harvest the following from other DITA metadata:
general.language
technical.format

Perhaps we can discuss whether purpose and interactivitylevel should be 
included.
