Here are my few comments.

1) in the problems with structured content
topic, make the "Although..." para the short description.

2) I wonder if any of these problems
can translate to use cases for our issue statement?

3) in the benefits with structured content
topic, make "Learning
content greatly benefits from being structured." the shortdesc.
