Subject: RE: [dita-learningspec] Public OASIS DITA learning and training pages updated

 Hi:

Sorry for the slow response. I'm catching up on things and got to the Help guide just today. I hope to get to this FAQ item Monday, March 9th, unless I get hit by a bus, which I always hear coming around the next corner. :-)

Subject [dita-learningspec] Public OASIS DITA learning and training pages updated

Dear DITA learning and training content specialization sub-committee -

As you may have noticed, I've recently refreshed and updated the content and links for both the OASIS public page and wiki for the DITA learning and training content specialization sub-committee.

The OASIS Public page - http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=dita-learningspec

        The OASIS Wiki - http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/LearningSubcommittee

We need that FAQ!
We have an FAQ 80% drafted - http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/LearningContent/DITA_Learning_FAQ.

We desperately need to get that completed, so we can publish it both as an OASIS document and on the wiki. Let me know if you have some time and interest in doing that over the next several weeks. I'd very much like to get that ready by March 13, so we can make it available in conjunction with the e-Learning Guild conference.

I also hope to get some time to post sample pages in the wiki, as well as a summary description of the processing we're including with the Open Toolkit plugin in the sample content.

Please have a look, and reply back to the list with you comments, suggestions, ideas for improvement, and offers to contribute to making those improvements.

Thanks much.

John
