1. Assign leader for meetings when Dawn and Amber are traveling. Mark Myers?
2. Home page needs updating, call for recruits

   3. ACTION: Scott can help update OASIS site
3. Adapt framework discussion (https://www.adaptlearning.org/).

   3. Can we create an export to this framework? What else might be needed to support this?
   4. ACTION: Dawn to post to their community and see if there is any interest in compatibility with DITA
4. Objectives - Dawn and Amber
   1. Why aren’t Learning Objectives (LO) separate topic types? (to enable modular assembly and association of objectives)
   2. Most of the time, designers need to associate a single LO with content topics and assessments.
   3. What is the recommended best practice for associating these? conref into learningAssessment? reltable? subjectScheme?
   4. Amber proposal: lcObjective as a separate topic type, and allows both inline and block elements.
   5. Persistence is a challenge. How do you establish a relationship that travels with learning and non-learning content?
   6. ACTION: Amber/Dawn to write up requirements for learning objectives and their use expectations.
5. ACTION: All: brief overview presentation from each of the champion areas before end of the year. Send a note to Dawn/Amber on when we can schedule these.
6. ACTION: Dawn to follow up on assigning GitHub admin privileges to Scott.
