Don started the practice of archiving the agendas, and I simply continued it.

I have found it useful, however:

1. Once or twice minutes have been lost, and it was helpful to have a record of the agenda
2. If we need to return to an an item, it's much easier to copy-and-past Wiki content from the archived agenda than to recreate it.
3. If the page is updated with links to the minutes, that provides the by-far easiest way to look up minutes, for example:

Just thinking about this a bit more:

Do we really need to track previous agendas? Those agendas become the minutes, so once they are approved, there is no need to track them. It also creates more maint. overhead.
