On behalf of Wolfgang Ziegler I am uploading the minutes of last business
meeting: 

1) Roll call: We have no quorum

2) Approve minutes of last business meeting:

The minutes were approved with the following modification:

- DITA 1.2, status of proposals

-- 12024 Hazard Statement Domain: 
The DITA TC aggreed with the Machine industry subcomittee, that the previous
more strict structure should be KEPT. 

-- 12040 MITask: 
Chris will clarify whether the MI Task will be an add-on or an REPLACEMENT
to the generic task (or integrated in the generic task)


Motion to accept minutes made by Chris Kravogel; seconded by Wolfgang
Ziegler.


3) Business

-- 12040 MITask: 

The generic task type will be an replacement of the existing task type. The
MITask will be an optional domain specialization for this new task type. The
generic task type will be fully backwards compatible with the DITA 1.0 and
DITA 1.1 task but offers more flexibility in the content model.

discussion of a better name for MITask and the domain.

Proposals were made from procedural oder product perspective:

MachineIndustryTask
MachInTask
WorkPreparationTask

Final discussion and decision has to be made at the next meeting.


- DITA 1.3, proposals - ideas
-- MI10: Technical data
W. Ziegler presented detailed ideas of use cases and implementation for MI10

Discussion, whether some hazardsymbol.attributes within
hazardstatementDomain.mod should be eliminated. 
Decision: Attributes should all be kept, in order to guarantee
compatibility. Applications can ignore attributes.
