Subject: RE: [dita-techcomm] Information about the troubleshooting specialization

Thanks Kris. I have reviewed the presentation and am working my way through the PDF of the documentation. Please could folks read through the presentation as well as the troubleshooting specialization documentation (use the PDFs linked to below) before our next meeting. I'd like to discuss this troubleshooting specialization at our next meeting.

Thanks,

Gershon

This is a PDF from a presentation at the RTP DITA Users’ Group in June 2008. Here is the blurb:

“The DITA Troubleshooting Specialization (TSS) was released by IBM in 2007. Consistent, quality troubleshooting documentation is extremely important to customers and support costs. Come learn about the process the team went through to develop the architecture and specialization itself as well as how to use the specialization with the DITA Open Toolkit 1.4.”

I’ve built a PDF of the documentation for the specialization (the source files are in the ZIP) and uploaded it to Kavi (the OASIS document repository):
