Subject: Re: [dita-translation] March 5 meeting

Robert and I have been asked to attend a critical business meeting this
morning that collides with the schedule for the DITA-Translation
subcommittee meeting. Since this means that at least three regular
attenders will not be there for vote or comment (actually four, since Nancy
is in transition between companies and therefore representationless at the
moment), I suggest that we CANCEL TODAY's MEETING in expectation of low
attendance and look forward instead to next week for the decision actions
we planned to make this morning. This will be okay as far as the DITA TC's
agenda for tomorrow, for that team needs to concentrate still on getting
the 1.2 requirements gathering process in place (new requests are already
coming in!).

Regards,

HI Everyone,
I'm traveling to Stockholm next week so will not be able to attend the

See you all on March 12.
