On making the Briefing content ready ahead of time

Regarding action item #  016 Don Day -- Slides for the briefings must be made available
       well in advance, just in case people aren't able to connect
       to SameTime or WebEx.

Man proposes, providence disposes. I think this was meant to be more of a bar to stretch for than an action item that can be measured... we do the best we can but it sure is nice to have the weekend as two extra virtual workdays for this Just-In-Time activity. At the next review of minutes, I suggest that we count this item as completed, knowing that the presenters (mostly Michael) are going to great measures to get the content and logistics in place each week.
