No OASIS DITA TC meeting for Nov 15, 23

At the close of last week's meeting, I learned that many folks are already on the road this week for conferences and other business, so I am hereby cancelling our TC meeting for Nov 15 (today). And knowing that many US participants will be taking some time off next week for Thanksgiving, I'm cancelling the Nov. 23 meeting as well.

As Michael finishes up on review comments, I still have some things to bring up on the list, namely:

Submit a DTD bug fix report (Eric Sirois is helping me get a comprehensive report with code recommendations ready)
Discuss whether to allow nesting of keywords. Need to determine if this is urgent or not.
Resolve the possible use of image in tm (needs discussion, but the issue is about processing the content for business rules, which you can't do for images)
Formatting and cleanup of the DTDs for publication. (sensibly, this should follow the TC's receipt of the bug fix report)

Regarding the meaning of @align on image, the spec cited the text alignment description by mistake--this is a bug in the Language Reference.

There has been good reading on the dita-users list lately as users grapple with best practices and the relatively new area of how to manage DITA content through translation.
