READ THIS! No OASIS DITA TC meeting for April 12

Due to the fact that several members of the TC as well as myself will be
occupied at the CM Strategies conference from April 11-13, we'll not meet
on Tuesday April 12.  We will resume working on the 1.1 Requirements list
on April 19.  There are other conferences going on throughout April, but I
think next week is the biggest hit to attendance.
