Includes several updates to the XNAL domain, based on input from Chris
Kravogel. None of the other modules have changed since the post last week.

The document revision named Mock-up of bookmap DTDs (bookprototype.zip) has

Typing Architecture (DITA) TC document repository.  This document is
revision #3 of bookprototype.zip.

Document Description:
Prototype DTDs for the bookmap specialization. This includes all files in a
single directory:
* Standard map DTD and MOD files; 
* The bookmap module; 
* Common modules shared with topic; 
* Domains modules; 
* A sample bookmap, slightly revised from the demo map in the current
toolkit.
