Includes many xNAL updates based on input from Chris Kravogel, and a two
changes to loosen up the bookmap model a bit, also based on input from
Chris. The specific changes are all listed as a comment to this revision.

The document revision named Mock-up of bookmap DTDs (bookprototype.zip) has

Document Description:
Prototype DTDs for the bookmap specialization. This includes all files in a
single directory:
* Standard map DTD and MOD files; 
* The bookmap module; 
* Common modules shared with topic; 
* Domains modules; 
* A sample bookmap, slightly revised from the demo map in the current
toolkit.
