impact assessment for <data> and <glossary>

Here are the impact assessments of the 1.1 <data> and <glossary> features.

I've also included the outputclass and chunk attribute items, which complement the cleanup of the univeral attributes.

Architectural specification

- Add a topic explaining that the <data> element provides the basis for properties (especially specialized properties) with structure and that automated properties can harvest the <data> element, determining the subject of the property from the <data-subject> element or the container element.
