Architectural spec impact

None. The architectural spec does not discuss indexing. Unless we want
to add a new topic on indexing, there is no impact from these proposals.

--------------------

Add new elements to the reference:

	index-base
	index-see
	index-see-also
	index-sort-as
	index-range-start
	index-range-end

Links to these new topics would go into a new indexing domain section in
