Subject: Groups - DITA 1.1 DTDs (dita1.1.zip) uploaded

This includes several fixes or clarifications to the DITA 1.1 document
types. It does NOT include the new referencing attributes for index ranges,
as they have not been approved. It does remove the index-start-range and
index-end-range elements based on today's decision to focus on the ID based
design.

The following changes are included in this package:
* Add printonly value to @print on topicref (map.mod)
* Add glossentry to ditabase (ditabase.dtd)
* Change version attribute to 1.1 (all of the topic modules)
* Correct class attributes in XNAL domain to use domain syntax
(xnalDomain.mod)
* A bug in glossarylist made the topicmeta required (bookmap.mod)
* Removed <resource> from XNAL domain (xnalDomain.mod)
* Removed foreign/unknown/data/data-subject from taskbody based on a
clarification in the data element (task.mod)
* Removed indexterm from content model of <index-sort-as>
(indexingDomain.mod)
* Removed index-range-start and index-range-end (indexingDomain.mod)
