IMPORTANT: No DITA TC meeting this week

Michael Priestley and I have/are uploading lastest drafts of the DITA
Architectural Spec and Language Spec for review. In lieu of our usual
meeting on Tuesday, I am cancelling this week's telecon and suggest that
instead you grab the lastest drafts and get started looking at the 1.1
enhancements.  For next week's meeting, we will concentrate on your
comments so that we can move these drafts towards their public review
state.
