Subject: metadata behaviour in maps

While reviewing the specs I noticed that the behaviour for indexterm when
defined in map was not mentioned.
We should clarify in the spec which metadata information is pushed down
into the topics and which is ignored.

Kind regards,
Eric

Based on the following map...which indexes are ignored and which are
"pushed" into the topic and which are ignored.
- test-index-1 is ignored.
- I believe that test-index-2 is also ignored, since it's pushed into
another map or is it pushed in the first topic?
- test-index-3 is pushed into the first topic.
- test-index-4 is pushed into the topic.
