1.2 Feature Request: local role for link

Add a "local role" attribute to link.

Justification: links within the related-links section specify a role for 
the *target* but there is no way to define the role played by the topic 
that contains the link, which is implicitly the other end of the 
relationship.

For example, in creating topics to represent UML types, I have 
specialized links like "subtype" and "aggregation". For "subtype" the 
target role is "specialized-type" and the local role is 
"generalized-type" but in 1.1 there is no way of specifying the local role.
