 2. ITEM: Status of remaining 1.1 Spec comments:
  * Defining and using normative URIs for all DITA-Supplied Schema Components  
  * Missing  elements in DITA 1.1 bookmap  and   
  * Clarification requested on collection-type in reltable/relcolspec
   * minutes do not make clear this is truly closed now
  * General scope of Specs (ditaval, metadata)
