Updated the DTD and Schema descriptions based on the following decision at yesterday's meeting: Consensus: Publish catalogs with URNs. Remove the following sections from architectural specification: DTD organization/Public identifiers for DTDs XML Schema organization/XML Schema catalog identifiers -- Mr. Robert Anderson The document revision named DITA 1.1 Architectural Spec (source files) (archspec.zip) has been submitted by Mr. Robert Anderson to the OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC document repository. This document is revision #2 of archspec.zip.
