Erratum for DITA 1.2--typo in description of param's valuetype attribute

The description of param's [1] valuetype attribute's ref value says:

  A value of ref indicates that the value of valuetype is a URL....

It should instead say:

  A value of ref indicates that the value of value is a URL....

(Yes, it's confusing, especially without distiguishing formatting,
because we're describing an attribute named "value".)
