Hi all,

Don, JoAnn and I send regrets since none of us can make today's meeting. I
have asked Eliot to chair today's meeting.

Here's the agenda for today's TC meeting. Today's goal is to move forward
reviewing and (hopefully) accepting the 1.2 proposals that are ready.
