Keyref/Indirect Addressing Workgroup

I heard from a number of people who are interested in this. I was 
traveling last week and haven't had a chance to organize this further, 
but I'll try to work out an appropriate meeting time before the end of 
week and try to get our first meeting scheduled for next week.
