Nowhere, apparently, and that surprises
me. I expected the description of bookmap's <glossarylist>
to talk about sorting, but on inspection, I see that it doesn't. Is
there a consensus that it should?
(There is a bit of chicken-and-egg with
proposals like this, where one proposal is intended to provide an implementation
for other proposals. One of them has to come first, and it looks
like I was assuming that #12035 was providing for existing specifications.
It appears to be the other way around. Hmm.)
