This is the first (output) draft of the DITA 1.2 Language Specification. It
has almost no updates to content, but does have stubs for every element in
DITA 1.2.

There are 5 chm files:
ditaref-alpha.chm contains an alphabetical listing of every DITA 1.2
element.
ditaref-base.chm contains only elements from the base modules.
ditaref-bookmap.chm contains only elements new to bookmap and xnal.
ditaref-learning contains only elements defined in the learning package.
ditaref-technical contains only elements defined in the technical content
package.

The CHM files were produced using the DITA Open Toolkit, with small
overrides in place to mimic the keyref support required for the content
model linking.
