Includes initial draft of all DITA 1.2 content, apart from the Machine
Industry topics.

Also includes updates to add examples to all topics that were missing them
in the 1.1 specification. Initial drafts from the Learning Subcommittee are
included, with updates to come.

Still several questions to be answered, and the content models will need to
be regenerated.
