Updated to use now bookmap strategy for cover content based on outputclass. Work to be done: 1) reconcile new artifacts/effects of using bookmap instead of dita map; 2) re-configure attribute sets to optimize for AntennaHouse handling; 3) implement common numbering processing (developed by Robert Anderson)
