I looked around some, and found the following: The OASIS Translation Policy is discussed at http://www.oasis-open.org/about/translation_policy.php A list of known available translations is at http://www.oasis-open.org/about/available_translations.php The Policy does not address derivative works. For example, if someone wanted to translate part of the language spec to help explain to non-english readers how to use certain tags, it is not clear if that is allowed, and if so whether one should follow the translation policy or not. Who at OASIS would be the one to answer such questions? paul
