Subject: Re: [dita] Why does <glossgroup> not allow <titlealts>?

My memory is that the <glossgroup> was envisioned pretty much as a
container for glossary entries, with no extra content -- title because it
is required, and metadata because it lets you set the metadata once for all
the entries. So there was no reason seen for titlealts, shortdesc, or body
content. Those optional content elements were all left out, because nobody
suggested a reason for them.

No opinion offered here on whether that is still true, I'd be interested to
see some reasons on how titlealts can / should be used.
