Subject: Decision to use Trello to track our DITA 1.3 progress
I've spent a good but of time assessing Trello, and I think it's
definitely a tool that will help us make progress with DITA 1.3. Some of you already have Trello accounts and access to the board, but for those of you who do not, I'll send out invitations this afternoon. Please take a look before the TC meeting tomorrow. I have some more tinkering to do -- adding detailed information, figuring out admin versus member permissions, deciding on our metadata scheme, deciding whether we use Trello for "To do" items -- but the basics are in place. Here is a basic overview:
