Queuing up stage 2 proposals for TC discussion and approval

Folks, we have only four TC meetings before the September 1 deadline for approval. Before September 1, a stage-2 template must be completed, the proposal presented to the TC, any concerns addressed, the proposal updated (if necessary) and the proposal voted through to stage 3.

Please also remember that the process requires (at a minimum) that a proposal be presented one week and voted on the next or later. This means that the very last day for the proposal to be discussed is 20 August.

Here is the current schedule for stage 2 discussion:

Here are the stage-2 proposals that are NOT currently queued up for discussion:

• 13011: Quantities and tolerances (Machine Industry SC)
• 13040: Intersection of conditional processing and metadata elements (Helfinstine) -- Likely to be withdrawn and handled as a doc fix, if necessary
  
• 13102: Revision history/release management markup (TechComm SC)

For champions of proposals 13011 and 13102, unless you plan to withdraw your proposal for DITA 1.3, I'd suggest that you get the proposal on the TC agenda as quickly as possible. If my memory is correct, both proposals have been discussed only once at the TC level and folks had serious questions and concerns.
