Resume focus, particularly on Table 5 
Chris sent out a new package with change tracking inserted by Kris. not a lot of review. leave for more review.  Having some 'edge case' discussions with TomM, expect to send out material on those during the upcoming week.
Chris suggested that we schedule a vote, barring issues coming up in discussio, for either 10/22 or 10/29, depending on whether there's a mtg on 10/22
Don agreed that was a good idea.

5. DITA 1.3 infrastructure:
Report on 30 September meeting held by work group (Anderson, Doherty, Eberlein, and Harrison)
- Resume discussion of packaging for DITA 1.3 (on hold since spring 2013?)
- Update: DITA-OT plugins for producing spec, updated

Rob updated these plugins to run with DITA-OT 1.8.2; there are now some dependencies on current FO implementation
Kris gave a summary of last weeks' meeting between Robert, Stan, Nancy, and herself:
We're now returning to our earlier ideas, with 3 packages
	- base
	- techcomm; including base and techcomm
	- L&T; including base, techcomm, L&T
Robert has done some work on including the contains/contained-by table in a way that doesn't retain their verbosity and size. His plan was to prototype different ways to display the info; he started work on it last week. He's talked to John Hunt; John suggested a way to condense the table, which wasn't too difficult.  Instead of repeating the same info over and over, the method puts base info in once, then for other locations, says 'base stuff plus ...'
Kris; I'm hoping that Robert & I can have prototypes for pakckaging and contained by tables.  I'll be scheduling another infrastructure mtg. 
Tom & Eliot volunteered to join the task group.


6. NEW ITEM: Attribute tables in Lang Spec

Kris noticed that some new proposals are missing attribute tables. These are NOT programmatically generated; champions and reviewers need to check for these.  


7. Other general infrastructure processing items from Kris 
1. As she was working thru incorporating content in spec, she noticed a number of places where we could refine language.
2. We currently use embedded ditabase topics to create the lang ref and arch spec; for 1.3, we will ask for separate topics (conref'd)
3. Also, important note on publishing process: if proposals have changed text, we really need a standard way of invoking revision/change bars.
