Seeking reviewers for 2 Stage 3 proposals

I'm working on stage 3 proposals for 2 items, and would like to line up
reviewers:
13056: Expand syntax for filtering attributes
13059a: Ability to filter within a branch of content

Optimistically, I'm hoping to finish both of these stage 3 proposals this
week.
