Subject: Re: [dita] Fwd: DITA 1.3 "XML mention" question
I've sent email to Liam Quin, XML Activity Lead at the W3C, to get confirmation that this restriction has been removed. It's clearly removed by the errata to the XML 1.0 specification, but I'm not seeing a corresponding errata to the XML 1.1 specification, so I'm not entirely sure what the implications are. I've asked Liam for guidance.
