Folks, please update the following tables at https://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/1.3-spec-review-

• Proposals that still must be reviewed by owner/champion
• Spec clarification and improvements from Trello

I want the Wiki pages to be up-to-date when we look at them during the TC meeting today.
