File names and URLs for the next stage in the OASIS process

Hi, Chet and Paul.

Assuming that all goes as planned, our next step will to be to request a 
Special Majority Vote to approve a Committee Specification Draft with 
Non-Material Changes as an OASIS Committee Specification.

What file names and URLs will we need to use for the work products at 
this stage in the process? Do we need to produce a Committee 
Specification Draft 02 or just an OASIS Committee Specification 01?
