While implementing authoring DTDs for DITA 1.3, I stumbled across a relatively benign bug in troubleshooting.dtd. Specifically, the Troubleshooting DTD calls in strictTaskbodyConstraint. This constraint is meaningless in <troubleshooting> because <taskbody> is not available. The only ill effect is that (topic task strictTaskbody-c) needlessly shows up as a value in troubleshooting/@domains.
