Why three editions of DITA

If you had planned to still enter comments in the DITAweb review, please stop. I've addressed all the comments there (take a look ...) and generated a new PDF.

What I'd like folks to concentrate on is the following:

• Draft comments in the "2.3 Growth of DITA" topic
• Descriptions of base topic and base map in "3.1 What is in it?"
  
• Descriptions of topic and map in "4.1 What is in it?"
  

Of course, if you have comment on the committee note as a whole, we want those also.

Please post feedback to the list. If we need to spin up another DITAweb review (and I hope we don't), we can do that also.
