Time for a reflection on DITA 1.0-DITA 1.3

I'm not sure how to kick this off, but I think it's an excellent time to 
start reflection on the current state of things.

How has the landscape changed since DITA 1.0 was approved in 2005? Are 
users' need different? Are requirements shifting?

As we begin the very, very early stage of planning for DITA 2.0, I think 
we need to do some serious thought here.
