Hi Kris,

Next time you have a TC meeting, maybe you all could discuss this and share your thoughts.

Since you are the TC to most recently have gone through the OASIS process end-to-end and since you did it in some ways like a new TC -- that is, you had done it in the past but distant so that this was like starting anew -- I would love to know if there were parts of the TC Process that were confusing or that seemed unnecessarily difficult or needlessly bureaucratic.

Basically just looking for feedback on the process from your perspective.
