Just FYI, IT is working on the SVN problem

Kris, TC members, just FYI - the problem has been identified. An unknown robot is trying to scrape SVN and overloading the system. IT is working to get this fixed now. I don't have an ETA for you unfortunately. I'll share anything else I find out.
