New Item for Errata 02 if Possible: Incorrect @domains declarations

A DITA OT users who’s actually doing specialization and configuration with RNG found that three of the modules have inappropriate declarations of the @domains attribute rather than references to the domains attribute (which must always be declared only in doctype shells).

I’ve corrected the modules in question and submitted a pull request to the github repository.

Three files are affected:

referenceMod.rng, taskMod.rng, and subjectSchemeMod.rng.

The change is to replace the declaration of the @domains attribute with a reference to pattern “domains-att”.
