DOCBOOK-APPS: jadetex formatting problems

Hi all,

I have been asking for months about the following problems to Sebastian
Rahtz, but I had no answer from him. He must be very busy.
I enclose an archive containing all files that leads to an ugly dvi
output.

The orphan titles (for both section and figure) are very time consuming
when it comes to fix it by hand :-( , Is there any way you could suggest
but adding invisible paragraphs before the guilty titles?

Do you all experiment the same problems with all your documents? How do
you cope with it?
