Subject: Norm's stylesheets: phone and fax in address in author
The following fragment renders (using the print stylesheets) both phone and fax number on the titlepage, but does not print "phone" or "fax", so the reader doesn't know which one is the fax number. Shouldn't be printed "Phone:" and "Fax:" respectively? Just a note, in Germen say "Telefon" and "Telefax". <book> <title>My title</title> <bookinfo> <subtitle>my subtitle</subtitle> <author> <firstname>Jochen</firstname> <surname>Hein</surname> <authorblurb> <para> Jochen is working as a systems consultant at Dierichs Kommerzielle Dienste in Kassel, Germany.
