DOCBOOK-APPS: errors parsing website with psgml

Hi,

I get errors loading a website based xml document with XEmacs and psgml, when
psgml try to parse the website.dtd :

c:\share\dtd\docbook\ent\iso-tech.ent line 29 col 21 entity para.char.mix
c:\share\dtd\docbook\dbpoolx.mod line 933 col 37 entity dbpool
c:\share\dtd\docbook\docbookx.dtd line 91 col 8 entity docbook
c:\share\dtd\website\website.dtd line 29 col 9 entity WEBSITE
c:\XML\www.arpenteur\website.xml line 9 col 1 
Delimiter GRPC ()) expected; at: :input|html:

Note : Parsing the docbookx.dtd alone is OK.
I'm using docbookx 4.1.2 and website 18, XEmacs 21.1.12 and psgml 1.16
The same occurs with the linux and win32 versions of xemacs.

Any ideas ?
