DOCBOOK-APPS: Problem going from tex to pdf

Hi folks,

Sorry if this is a wrong list to post to, but I'm completely lost.

I use Jade to produce a TeX-file from a DocBook document (with the DocBook
dsssl stylesheet.) When I try to use pdftex to create a pdf from the
TeX-file, I get this:

My TeX-file starts with these lines:

Could anyone guide me in a direction?
