DOCBOOK-APPS: Website DTD/XSL

Hello,

with Website DTD norman has provided "config" and additional mechanism to
configure a few extra userland thingys 
one among them is:
<style src="./style/mystyle.css"  class="global"></style>

now using class="local"  can change it to use a different stylesheet for a
webpage and will it also work on the sub/child webpages within that particular
webpage. 

and <webtoc/>  is an empty element , the default behaviour now is the title of
the page is the title for navigation. using this element can i change the title
for navigation. if yes how?

  any ideas?
